Macrame is a very satisfying and versatile hobby, and this class is a great introduction to the craft. You'll learn the basic skills you need to create sennits, or chains of knots, and add semi-precious stone beads to create your own unique macrame jewellery, while enjoying a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and a cup of tea (and biscuits, of course!). Take home your own beautiful bracelet and a desire to make more!
Suitable for complete beginners, you will be guided through every step by Wendy, owner of The Little Craftery, and life-long crafter.
The workshop runs for approximately 1½ hours. Enjoy a chat with like minded people and learn some new skills! All materials and refreshments are included in the price.

"I had a lovely time making my bracelet. The class was well taught - it was so nice having such a patient teacher who explained things clearly. The other ladies doing the course were friendly as well so it made it more fun. Thank you. " - Denise.
"Thank you Wendy for setting up such an enjoyable craft afternoon! It was both relaxing and fun making the macrame bracelet in your lovely studio, with very pleasant company and your most patient teaching. You make a great cup of tea too! I shall certainly book more courses with you and I would thoroughly recommend this macrame class to everyone! Having bought several little macrame kits from you, I came home and made another bracelet, whilst at the same time showing a friend how to make one herself too! Success all round - thank you so much Wendy!" - Sylvia.
