Your voucher will be available to download and print immediately after purchasing, so you can give it straight away.
If you'd like a lovely printed copy with an envelope to be sent to you, please add the name and postal address in the 'Notes to Business' section, along with any personalised message and other information when you order, and we'll get your voucher in the post to you as soon as possible. Please note that we will not post out vouchers unless requested.
Voucher Terms and conditions:
Vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a value equal to the face value of the voucher, or higher upon payment of the difference.
Class bookings using a voucher as payment can be made online, in store, or via telephone or email. Our system cannot accept vouchers for online purchases of goods such as craft supplies, if you would like to order supplies, please contact us.
Change will be given in the form of the voucher value being adjusted to reflect the amount remaining. Cash will not be given.
Voucher Value, Voucher Code and Expiry Date must all tally with The Little Craftery's records. Vouchers with variances will not be accepted.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded. Mutilated, damaged or defaced vouchers will not be accepted. No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen or defaced vouchers.
The expiry date is set at one year from the date of issue. Expiry dates can be extended if requested within the expiry date. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
